6 Tips on Saving Money with Insurance

0

  • You can save several hundred dollars if you purchase from a low priced, but licensed insurer.
  • Compare prices of the insurance departments in your state and get the lowest priced, but most practical company.
  • Negotiate with just the broker. Negotiate a selling price with a broker who works for you and not as a mediator to the seller; doing otherwise may cause a conflict of interest for you.
  • Buy term %%%life insurance%%% if you want just insurance protection, and not a savings and investment policy.
  • Be sure that you plan on holding on to your whole life policy for several years if you plan on going this route, because cancelling can double your costs.
  • Check the public library for information on %%%life insurance%%% in your state.
